Rhode Island Congressman Patrick Kennedy is in rehab. It's unclear how long he'll remain at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.

Kennedy is entering rehab after a car accident in Washington D.C. that he says he can't remember. The accident is under investigation, amid allegations the congressmen received preferential treatment.
