Heated Budget Debate over Immigrant Benefits

The State House of Representatives has approved a nearly 7 billion dollar
budget that closes a record deficit without raising the income or sales
tax. It took nine hours but more time was spent debating benefits for
illegal immigrants than deep cuts in programs that help the poor. WRNI's
