RI Kids Doing Better in NECAP Testing

Rhode Island kids are reading, writing and doing arithmetic better than they did a year ago but they still lag behind their counterparts in New Hampshire and Vermont. WRNI's Flo Jonic has results from the latest round of New England Common Assessment Program testing.
