Staff Turnover Causes Difficulty at DCYF

The state agency in charge of child welfare has lost 17 case-workers this year and a total of 57 agency employees. Administrators say that kind of turnover is typical. DCYF has roughly 750-full time employees, and their jobs are stressful. But social workers say the departures come at a difficult time. WRNI's Nancy Cook reports.
