Blakely Decision
A recent U.S. Supreme court ruling regarding sentencing guild lines is being described as ground shaking by some Rhode Island lawyers and may impact the sentence of former Providence mayor Buddy Cianci. We talk with Roger Williams University law professor Andy Horowitz and Rhode Island U.S. Attorney Craig Moore.
