Block Island Marina Development
A proposal to expand Champlin's Marina at the Great Salt Pond on Block Island is drawing heated debate from residents and raising issues about the management of public coastal resources. Champlin's wants to double their 4 acre marina in a public trust coastal resource. We talk to Champlin's attorney Robert Goldberg; Dan Prentice, attorney for The Committee for Great Salt Pond - a citizen's group that is opposing the development; and Pippa Jack, editor of the Block Island Times.

Shakespeare in 2004
Three local theater veternans talk about producing Shakespeare for modern audiences.

Tony Estrella is the artistic director at the Gamm Theater in Pawtucket and is currently playing Marc Antony in the company's production of Julius Caesar.

Mark Sutch is the director of the Trinity Rep's summer Shakespeare project. They will be staging The Two Gentlemen of Verona.

Riccardo Pitts-Wiley is the artistic director of Mixed Magic Theater and Cultural events and he will be playing Othello in the Bard on the Bay festival.
