Iraqis and some Rhode Islanders are perhaps one step closer to reaching
an understanding. Last weekend, the American Friends Service Committee,
hosted a telephone conversation between Baghdad and Providence. The conversation
came out of the planning of a conference being held that day, called "building
a culture of peace and justice:"
