Day Care Workers
Host Deborah Becker reports on the fight over allowing some state day care workers to unionize. Governer Carcieri has filed a motion requesting a stay of the state Labor Relations Board's vote that said the day care providers are state workers and can unionize.

Major League Baseball management wants to have a drug testing program in the majors like the program in the minor leagues. We talk with Major League Baseball's Executive Vice President of Labor Relations Rob Manfred, about why the programs are different.
